79Coffees operates this website to present development services and receive project enquiries. This page explains what information is processed when you use the site, submit the project-intake form, or choose to enable optional analytics.

1. Privacy overview

This website is intended to explain 79Coffees services, display anonymized case studies and receive project enquiries. The site does not require analytics consent for access. Optional analytics only loads after you expressly accept it.

2. Information you provide

If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, work email, agency or company name, preferred engagement type, project description and an optional reference URL or brief. This information is used only to review and respond to your enquiry.

3. Contact requests

Contact requests are submitted from the browser to the site's contact endpoint, where the request is validated before delivery. Validation includes content checks, a hidden honeypot field, request-size limits, timing checks and rate limiting.

This repository does not store successful contact submissions in an application database. In deployed use, the current code requires a configured email-delivery provider to forward the request to the configured recipient inbox.

4. Analytics

79Coffees uses Google Analytics 4 as an optional analytics tool. Analytics does not load when your analytics preference is unknown or denied. Analytics loads only after you explicitly accept it and only when a valid Google Analytics Measurement ID is configured.

The current analytics implementation is designed to measure page-level and service-level usefulness, contact-intent CTA usage and high-level contact-form lifecycle events. It is also designed not to send contact-form contents or contact details to Google Analytics.

When analytics is enabled, usage and device/browser-related measurement data may be processed by Google Analytics according to Google's service configuration and policies.

5. Analytics preferences

You can accept or reject optional analytics from the analytics banner. Rejecting analytics does not block access to the site. The current preference is remembered in browser storage and can be changed later using the Analytics preferences control in the site footer.

6. Security and abuse prevention

The site uses request validation, origin checks, body-size limits, timing checks and rate limiting intended to reduce abuse and protect the contact flow. Request IP information may be used transiently for rate limiting and related technical protection.

7. Service providers

The current repository confirms the following third-party providers:

  • DigitalOcean App Platform for application hosting.
  • Cloudflare for DNS, content delivery and reverse-proxy services.
  • Google Analytics 4 for optional website analytics after analytics consent.
  • Resend for contact-form email delivery.

8. Data retention

Contact submissions are not stored in an application database. They are processed and forwarded through the configured email-delivery service, and the application does not define a fixed retention period for them.

Transient technical metadata may be processed only as needed for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting or delivery.

When enabled by consent, analytics data is handled under the Google Analytics configuration and policies that apply to the service.

The analytics preference stored in your browser remains there until you change or clear it.

9. International processing / service-provider location

Third-party providers used by the site may process information in jurisdictions outside your own. The repository confirms Google Analytics and Resend usage, but it does not establish final deployment geography or all provider locations.

10. Your choices / rights

You may choose whether to enable optional analytics, and you may contact the site operator regarding information you provide through the contact form. Privacy rights can vary depending on the law that applies to you.

Privacy or legal enquiries may be submitted through the contact form available on this website.

11. External links

This website may link to external websites or services. Those destinations operate under their own privacy practices and terms.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if site functionality, service providers or legal/business details change. The updated version will replace the current version on this page.
